Metodologia Speed

Squadra SPEED (Software Process Engineering for Enterpise Development) is a set of RUP plugins composed of a mix of PMBOK, CMMI and RUP best-practices, customized to Brazilian software development economic and cultural conditions.

Technically, Squadra SPEED was built upon Rational Method Composer, using as tools mentors the new Rational Atlantic products, as for instance Rational Application Developer or Rational Software Architect. It is, indeed, a software process engineering tool used to create software process sized to a wide class of software projects, ranging from small maintenance projects to large green-field software development projects.

Squadra SPEED has been updated to use Rational Method Composer and Rational Portfolio Manager 6.2 infra-structure.
